Rerentit is a peer-to-peer platform that offers our community the opportunity to rent items from each other. The idea came about when my husband and I organised to go skiing one time. We are not seasonal skiers, so we didn’t want to buy all the ski gear and hiring it on location was expensive. So, we thought how cool would it be if we could rent it from someone local at a fraction of the cost? We then started to look around our house and realised that we don’t use around 80% of our household items at the same time. So why not rent them.

As a renter/owner of the Rerentit community you can make a bit of money, renting your unused items and as a Renter of the Rerentit community you can save a heap of money and space by renting household items at a fraction of the retail cost, so it’s a win, win.  

Plus, sustainability is important to us, as it is to many of you. So, by being an active user of the platform, reduces the need to purchase goods, helps take care of our planet. That’s the icing on the cake.
